Well, we have been using Sanyo or Sony 4.8V AA batteries(Ni-MH) mostly for the receiver battery, but now we`re using this one.
This new green Sanyo 2700mah AA Ni-MH is better than other all different AA sized batteries.

I have 12Z TX that works by using 7.4V lithum-ion battery.
You know, Lithum-ion battery doesn`t work well in sub-zero condition, so I put my TX battery in my pocket to keep warm after every flying.

Last Sunday we had the 3rd round of 2007-2008 KOREA F3F LEAGUE. Winds was 3-7m/s.
The first & best speed, second, and third prizes went to Im-Kil Jeon, Dong-Hoon Kim, and Jae-Jin Lee respectively.

Orange Trinity was given to me by Mr.Han as a gift and he really wanted me to do F3F instead of DS. I`m a DS enthusiast.
I did my best, but unfortunately I was placed in 4th place in the race on that day.
Fortunately Dr.Lee, the chairman of Team Albatross, distributed many kind of planes as an extra prize, so I could take one of them. Mine is Easy Glider RR saiplane from Multiplex.

I did 45.64, but Im-Kil Jeon was able to take the best speed trophy with the 44.02 record.

These photos were taken by me with my Nikon gears, D80 and 70-200mm VR lens. I hope all of you will enjoy my pics!

Dong-Hoon`s Viking that has two different colored wings. The Viking had an accident when landing, so he`s replaced other wing which was given from other guy with his orgianl one. He won the 2nd prize in te race with it.

Jae-Jin`s Aris. He repainted its wing tips to stand out conspicuously. He won the 3rd prize in the race.

Hi Young-Seok,

Thanks for the information with those beautiful photos! You are definitely a good photographer!

Glad to see many Korean friends in the contest and congratulation to Im-Kil Jeon for winning the contest. It seems that the wind was good for F3F flying and everybody got good scores.

We are less lucky here as we have already cancelled two races due to insufficient wind.

Cheers!

Sorry to hear that!
Frankly, we had the 1st, 2nd round despite bad condition of both winds and temperature. And then, I suggested that we have to postpone the date of each round which will be held each month, if the weather forecasting don`t meet our expectation. The promoter have to inform whether we will have the round of the month or not, by Friday evening before the round is scheduled.

Anyway, every pilots enjoyed the race with good wind last Sunday.

Thanks, Stanley.

Last year, as a representive photographer of team Albatross, I took many pics of all of you and your planes while you guys were staying in Korea for the KOREA F3F OPEN.
Is there anyone who remeber me? my appearance?
