RC Slope Soaring in Hong Kong

I will start a ware house for some hobby /glider member to store their big/lovely toys .There are located in (middle kowloon) San Po Kong ,Ng Fong st ,no 20-22 ,Van Fat Industry Building (next st behind Choi Hung road ).It very close MTR Diamond Hill station +4min walk or public car park $6/hr (Choi Hung road )+2min walk .There are wooden wall have indivdual lock door and lighting and AC power .If you need space to fix your toys ,we have a public work area 16'x8' and toilet (long table and chair and base tools included) ,air-compressor provide soon .
The store size is. A size locker style(5' L x 6'w x 10' h ) $400
B size room style (6'L x 9' w x 10 h )$750

We can accept special size but before the floor plan confirm (dead line in Dec/15 )

Hey, few Qs:

- Price monthly or yearly ?!

- Price already covered insurance like fire, water leakage etc ?

- What's the opening hours ? 7 x 24 or normal office hour ?

- Apart from locker size A / B, any smaller size since even for locker size A, 5 feet x 6 feet area looks very big if just stock boxes of planes

The price is monthly !And other things talk face to face !There are no time limit ,you have your own locker and entry door key .
