各位,有關我們的本地賽例,覆查一吓原來好多我們慣用的處理方法都無寫低,以下是修訂供大家參考,如無問題就寫入聯賽賽例,並即時生效。



1, Launch failure
Whether the failure is caused by the pilot or the launcher, the pilot will get a 0 mark.

2, Landing failure
Landing failure means the model landed outside of the defined landing zone which will result in a 0 mark (DNF). Model crashed during a landing will not be
considered as a landing failure, as long as it crashed in the landing zone.

3, Re-flight procedure
No airborne reflight is allowed. All re-flight must be carried out after a proper landing according to the instruction of the Contest Director (CD). If the landing failed, the re-flight will be cancelled and result in a 0 mark (DNF).

4, Flight interruption
If the flight cannot be carried out or due to safety issues, duly witnessed by the official judges, the CD can interrupt the flight before the competitor finished the timed flight. If the cause of the interruption is non-avoidable, the competitor is eligible for a re-flight. Otherwise he will get a 0 mark (DNF).

Some examples, but not limited to:
a, The condition is too weak that the flight in progress is obviously not possible to continue.
b, The flying area is not clear or the model is damaged that could cause a safety issue.
c, Timing errors that must do a re-flight.

5, Announcement of a re-flight
If the competitor is eligible for a re-flight (due to wind condition or judge error, see 5.8.5, Volume 3, Section 4 of FAI sporting code), the option of reflight will only be announced AFTER he completed the timed filght. The competitor has to decide immediately if he would accept the re-flight or not. The competitor will not be informed about the result of his previous flight unless he chooses not to do the re-flight and accepts the result.

If the re-flight is due to errors that could cause an advantage to the result, the result will be discard and the competitor must carry out a re-flight. (Usually in this case the CD can interrupt the flight before it is completed.)

Some examples, but not limited to:
a, Wind speed too low - Competitor can choose to do a re-flight or not.
b, Wind speed too high - Must do a re-flight.
c, Finish line late buzzer - Competitor can choose to do a re-flight or not.
d, Finish line early buzzer - Must do a re-flight.



1, 起飛失敗
無論是因為賽員還是擲機手出錯引至起飛失敗,都會判零分。

2, 降落失敗
降落失敗乃指飛機降落於指定降落區之外,會被判零分(DNF)。除非落在降落區外,飛機於降落時撞毀不列作降落失敗。

3, 重飛程序
不容許空中重飛,賽員需把飛機正常降落後按主審(CD)的指示進行重飛。如果降落失敗,則重飛將會被取消,並判零分。

4, 中止比賽
如果比賽不能繼續、又或因安全理由,在裁判確認下主審在計時賽程完成前便可立即中止比賽。如中止比賽的原因乃賽員所不能避免的,則他可以重飛,否則零分(DNF)。

一些例子,但並不限於:
a, 風況太差明顯不能繼續飛行。
b, 飛行空域有障礙、又或飛機損毀而可能會導致危險。
c, 計時有誤以至必須重飛。

5, 宣佈重飛
如果可以重飛(因風況或誤判,請參閱 FAI sporting code, Section 4, Volume 3, 5.8.5),主審只會於賽員完成計時後才會告知他可以選擇重飛,賽員需即時決定是否選擇重飛,除非賽員選擇不作重飛,否則主審是不會告訴他剛才的成績的。
如果重飛的原因會導致對成績有利,則該成績會被取消,賽員必須重飛。(通常此等情況下主審會不待計時完成便中止比賽。)

一些例子,但並不限於:
a, 風力太弱 - 賽員可以選擇重飛與否。
b, 風力太強 - 必須重飛。
c, 衝線遲按信號 - 賽員可以選擇重飛與否。
d, 衝線早按信號 - 必須重飛。

第一項有關"起飛失敗"同原賽例有分別,

原例為:
無論是因為賽員還是其他他不能控制的因數,起飛失敗將獲零分(DNF)。

建議新例為:
無論是因為賽員還是擲機手出錯引至起飛失敗,都會判零分。

問題在於原例有違FAI賽例:
5.8.5. Number of Attempts: The competitor has one attempt on each flight. An attempt can be repeated if:
a) the launching attempt is impeded, hindered or aborted by circumstances beyond the control of the competitor, duly witnessed by the official judges;

當年的爭論點在於好難定circumstances beyond the control of the competitor,所以最後一刀切起飛失敗一定0分。

首先出機手掟機失敗,如果確定是出機手責任則判0分,這是當年都有共識的,因為出機手應該是機手的助手,所以機手需承擔責任。

但如果出機手賴有"怪風"令到"起飛失敗"又如何?我諗咁,既然FAI賽例以寫明duly witnessed by the official judges,咁就留畀CD決定有無"怪風"嘞。

原例寫得太死,我覺得原例能處理的情況比不能處理的情況少,故建議更改。

第二項有關"降落失敗"其目的只係寫明降落炒機唔算降落失敗,FAI只有講落於指定降落區外得0分,無話降落炒機0分,而且,炒到幾爛先算炒機呢,無定議的。

第三項有關不容許空中重飛,唔知大家點睇?首先FAI係容許空中重飛的:

If possible, the model aircraft can stay airborne and has to be brought to launching height, launching speed and launching position before the new 30 second period is started by the judge.

我覺得launching height, launching speed and launching position 其實無可能做到個個一樣,有啲機手太老實,有啲機手搏大霧,為免爭拗最好統一降落重飛,而且降落重飛亦不佔太多時間。當然,如果降落失敗,一樣判零分,這是安全要求。

第四項有關中止比賽,其實我們已做緊,例如有傘進入賽道我們即刻中止比賽,這是因安全理由,且賽員所不能控制的,可以重飛;留意如果賽員的飛機散吓散吓構成危險,則CD有權中止比賽,並且無得重飛(0分),因為賽員有責任保障安全飛行。

第五項有關"宣佈重飛",我們亦已做緊,即完成計時後才會告知他可以選擇重飛,但有一項新加的,即有些情況是不容許賽員選擇重飛的,而是一定要重飛,簡單講,可以選擇重飛的情況就好像足球的得益規條(重飛的原因對賽員無利),例如線審在衝線時遲了按掣,賽員都可以選擇留番個成績唔重飛;不可以選擇重飛的情況就好像足球入波但越位在先(重飛的原因對賽員有利),例如風速過了上限,飛得幾快都要飛過。

第五項可否重飛那部份其實只係把現有FAI賽例再具體化同明確地寫出,並無增加減少。

大家唔好介意以上咁多0分,其實好多係安全要求,CD係有權唔畀有危險的飛機或機手出賽的,因為如果CD明知危險而容許機手出賽,有咩意外他有可能要負責的;大家F3F都有一定經驗,知到F3F機有意外的話危險性會比其他小滑翔機大的,所以希望大家認真對待。

另外提一提大家,F3F係無得借機出賽的,借機借到要調位就更加唔好喇!玩咗咁耐專業啲,唔好再搏大霧喇,賽例容許你出三隻機的,一日炒三隻我勸你練多啲先玩,唔係刻薄,因為安全緊要! :wink:

第三項,有問題。

如無風到要緊急降落,沒在指定範圍內降落,或因傘兵阻礙而不能走到指定範圍降落,就成 DNF, 此例未免太嚴緊了!

另外 reflight 好多時都是 judge failure, judge failure 引致機手要重飛,因而增加機手多一次降落失敗的風險。如因此而 DNF, judge 都有點負任,因此不建議 reflight 降落失敗要判為 DNF.

可以修訂第二項,如果因賽員不能控制的情況下降落在降落區外,就不會算0分。這將是對FAI 5.8.6.f的補充。

Unless landing in the assigned landing zone becomes impossible or it could cause a safety issue due to circumstances that are out of the control of the competitor, duly witnessed by the official judges, landing failure will result in a 0 mark (DNF). Model crashed during a landing will not be considered as a landing failure, as long as it crashed in the landing zone.

至於"增加機手多一次降落失敗的風險",如果降落多一次都驚炒的話,我都係建議該仁兄練多啲先參賽。
