1. 每次賽前forum都post 07:55 briefing, 08:00 開賽,但點解次次都唔可以準時重遲好多?

2. 如果定咗開賽時間,所有參賽賽員是否必需在briefing前到場報到及抽賽員號碼?

3. 開賽後報到賽員是否應取消round one資格及不獲補飛?


因小弟昨日身份為helper, 眼見部份賽員未能在8點前出現,亦有賽員9點幾過後才現身,是否計好晒數...? :evil: :evil: :evil: :evil:

昨日我都遲到,不過唔係因為遲起身。我7點半左右已經到達山腳下停車場,其實好多飛友比我更早,但大部份都無位泊車,搵下等下,最後決定泊落清水灣停車場,再car pool上番黎,上到山上已經是8時55分!今次9時45分才能開得賽主要都是泊車的問題,不能全怪他們!

過去幾次馬鞍山比賽,預計是8時開賽,但實制上幾次都是8點45分左右才能開賽!所以我絕對贊成Ken28所說,準8時開賽,不然的話,由於參賽人數越來越多,能比賽的時間又少,能成功完成的回合會很少,比賽就失去意義!請大家以後都要準時D :twisted: :twisted:

下次馬鞍山準8時開賽,我贊成遲到者只能參加第二回合後的賽事,但我也明白有參賽者有交通排的實制困難,大家不防提出溝通討論下! :wink: :wink:

我之前有提出過遲到者(開賽後才到達)無得排隊尾,應取消Round 1 資格...但無人和議 :? :twisted:

遲到,早退可以改變當日個人工作流程和賽果.點解?

遲到
1. Windguru預計10:00起風∼我遲大到亦無雖抽籤確保尾位,round one10:XX到我,重可以響屋企索多陣,正晒!
2. 尾位亦可改變當日座point次數。
3. 前面大量賽員可作參考。

早退
Windguru預計16:00風速或風向可能有變∼我個仔生日要早走,尾round16:00比我飛先,正晒!

遲到的原因很多,什麼事都會發生,如塞車,
我想另外一個可行的遲到處理方法是:

飛友急事趕唔切時可打電話報名,搵人代抽簽,如果抽到第一位,佢唔好彩,未到得DNF,抽到尾位趕得上就無問題。無打電話報名抽簽,通通都無得賽全日賽事,因抽簽出賽位置也很重要,遲到唔等於可以排尾位(雖然第一個回合可能miss左)!我覺得這樣比較公平,亦都照顧到一些特發事故遲到的飛友!大家有何意見。
上次講過,早退一定無得飛先!

我認為可以事先報名,早一晚十點前上網或電話報名。所有沒有報名的機手不能參賽。CD可以準時抽簽及開賽。如果機手未到便不能保飛。

如果出現突發情況,好像上星期的泊車問題,應立刻通知CD作決定。

至於開賽時間,八點好似好早,九點又好遲,不如八點半?

I think what Ken 28 mentioned was related to the fairness of the competition instead of the exact time of start of the race. So far I have never seen that we could really start the race by 8:00am on time.

I think the time to start could be decided but my understanding of the message from Ken 28 was not to take advantage of others who followed all the procedures.

As what he said, no one wanted to be the 1st one of the race (i.e. no reference for the 1st participant) and that's why we need to take draw to arrange for the racing sequence. If people comes late could in fact enjoy more benefit then the others (i.e. no need to take draw and to be arranged to be the last one for round 1), then it would be very unfair to those who comes on time.

I think Stanley did explain the key rationale behind and the possible solution of it which we could think about it.

[b]好認同 Angus 的睇法, 報名的"意義"很重要, 又可早一日排定位, 遲到就自誤, 另外之前因為 2010TR 參賽人數多先開賽 8:00am, 現今還需要嗎?[/b]

依傢比賽越來越多人,如果還要遲開賽跟本唔喺好夠時間完成足夠回合。我反宜覺8點開賽已經很遲,出了太陽視野無問題就己經可以開賽,7點最好!大部份飛友都有車,不需公共交通,7點開賽其實應該無吔問題,大家早兩個鐘頭訓咪一樣,改變吓你地生活習慣,早睡早起當做晨運身體好!

1. 事先報名 : agree.
Pilots who did not turn up when CD called for 30 seconds, the pilot will get a DNS.

2. 沒有報名不能參賽 : Not agree.
There's no need to ban pilots from flying.
If the pilot come late without 抽簽, he should be the first to fly on the next round.(he will miss a round)

3. 開賽時間
There's no need to start too early. people who live far away or have no transportation will have difficulty. I bet 9am should be OK for most pilots.

Would like to share my ideas :o

a) Agree every participant need to arrive ON TIME. For late comers, if the race already running at round N, then late comer can only join round N + 1 and onwards :o

b) For race to start at 8am. Suggest to think backward that in TR2010, the first few pilots basically flying with extreme difficult and unstable lift condition (in fact I always felt very unfair to them).

Think forward, when enter into Spring, Summer etc, early morning normally foggy and lift generators in FNS, Kin Ma Ling, Robin's nest etc suitable for Sprint, summer wind direction always don't work at 8am :!: Turn up will be a crowd of pilots waiting on the slope ,,. OnQQ counting fingers or xyz :idea:

The point I would like to make is the effectiveness & necessity for start the race at 8am or better adjust to 8:30am or 9am. As long as everyone can start the race on time. It should be ok :o For Summer time, upon agreement with pilots, we can consider shift the racing window from 10am to 5pm (last round) for optimal arrangement 8)

If there are good tools to support Angus suggestion on pre-lucky draw, I absolutely support because it is really a waste of time to draw flying sequence in the slope :x

I suggest the contest to start at 9am for our ease of transportation.

I think draw over the slope is ok coz we need to pay for the contest fee on the same time.

If anyone is gonna be late on that day, he should let the CD to know and draw for him (by his team memeber or CD). If he cannot come before his round, he will definately miss it!!
