請問有經驗人仕你哋隻Demo個CG係幾多?
同埋機頭部份(放Receiver及電嘅位置)有無需要加碳布補強呢?

I have 2 demo. Both of them flies at 96 to 97 mm from leading edge.

None of them have reinforcement at the inner cone.

Just a little cent from me. You might make reinforcement if you like. The weight increase won't make much difference. for the CG, starting from 96, and adjust it during test fight to suit your habit.

Ah Pong, thanks for sharing your experience, I just check the center position of ballast tube, it shows 112mm backward from leading edge, that means load or unload ballast will carry a different CG if I use 96mm.

Hi Billy,

Do you find the tube is longer than the total length of the ballast??

What I have done is putting a 16mm spacer (foam or balsa could do) at the end of the tube (tail section). By then, the middle of the tube is exactly 96 mm from the leading edge, i.e., the sweet spot.

By the way, you may wish starting from 200 g of lead at the nose. Won't be far away from the correct CG.

Wishing you have a happy maiden.

Pong Pong.
