Incident 1: Clearwater Bay, 11 March 2000

The accident: A brand new Twist was successfully launched on its maiden flight and landed safely. After some adjustments to its CG and others, it was launched a second time. It seemed ok for a few seconds after launch and it went around toward the slope. Then, it lost control and crash landed on the solid concrete slope above the road.
Suspected Cause: Transmitter problem, may be due to improper use of transmitter setting.
