Can anyone let us know who is keeping the timer & cable Question

Also talked to a few f3f pilots, in view of the possiblilty of little shower on Sun (Feb 1) morning, we may consider moving the practice to Sat (Jan 31) and we will post by tomorrow (Fri) around 9pm to see which option we want to go with :

Option A - Feb 1 (Sun) from 9am to 2pm

Option B - Jan 31 (Sat) from 10am to 3pm

*Meanwhile, let's continue assume option A since this can fit to most pilots Surprised

Hi guys,

Stanley keeps the timer, Ah SO keeps the cable whilst the flags are kept on the slope.

Both option A and B are fine for me.

Stanley,

Although you and Ah SO have the timer amd cable, but there would have no wind on the island !! (because of 'Bin Gor effect')......

Still monitoring the forecast, really difficult to choose between Option A (Sun - wet wind) vs Option B (Sat - thermic dry wind).

Option B (Sat) obviously minimize the impact of fog but after noon time, there could be many paragliders hanging in the sky, also some pilots missed our few f3f events may need to work and cannot be available join Confused

Option A (Sun) will be more crazy with stronger wind, more people available to participate. However, fog may prohibit us to start until it gone Confused

Let's check point later today to see if any changes in forecast la Surprised

If the practice race is held on Saturday and ended at about 3pm, I can also join, because I can go straight to Tap Mum for camping after the F3F race. The last ferry leaves Wong Shek at 4:55pm so it should be ok for me if I leave Ma On Shan at 3pm sharp.

Both HKO and windguru still predict showers on coming Sunday Surprised

So let's go for option B - Saturday from 10am to 3pm. Please try best to come before 9:30am so that we can start on time.

To save time, I used randow draw to determine the flying order (we can re-draw if dislike this)

#1 Ah Mak*
#2 CM (15/16)
#3 Kolo Wai
#4 Kin*
#5 Wing
#6 Stanley
#7 Angus
#8 Kevin (15/16)
#9 Yeung
#10 Allan
#11 Ah Pong
#12 Air Con Wai
#13 Fat Fai (come late)

15/16 - still thinking if join or not
* not reachable yet, assume will join

I will come up early to set up the poles.

Since Stanley will join, can we assume you will bring timer up to the slope Question

For those who interested to join but not shown on the above list, please feel free to let us know Idea

Thanks and see you all tomorrow Idea

http://www.rcsail.com/tmp/mos131-09_angus.mpg

阿Wing隻Brio都走得好快

高佬偉隻Predator走順左之後都幾快

Hi Stanley,
I was performing point A duty when you got 37.xx. It was a very very tight and accurate pull (and of course my very accurate execution of beeping) in every turn. So we all support Wing's proposal of celebration Very Happy
