請問各位有玩開mini nyx嘅師兄以下問題:

1)新機裝邊隻servo 最fit. -- For wings, Futaba s3150(digital metal gear) 喺首選嗎?(價錢聽講幾貴)

2) 機身用Futaba s3101裝得落嗎?

3) 有其他要注意嘅事項嗎?

You can try futaba s-3115 .It is new and fast and price around $2xx .It is your best choice!!!!

Be careful when you cut out the aileron servo wells. The wing spar of mine is within it and if you use a dremel tool you could inadvertently cut into the spars. I suggest you start from the aft (near trailing edge) and work slowly to the front lifting the skin looking under it to ascertain the spars' position in the process. Since the spars are sandwiched between thin layers of carbon fibre reinforcement even a slight cut would significantly reduce its strength. I screwed up mine and had to lay CF strip over the cut as a remedy yet without full confidence in it.

I use Hitec 125 MG and my friend use 65MG with 6V, all are metal gears and very thin for the wings, not bad!

Hi everybody,

Thanks a lot for all of your valuable experience and information. I think Kin's message is really useful and precise. (i.e. Really Kin). I will try to put it into practice after the setup.

Now, the wings are done. However, I have no idea the best way to put the servo in the body. Should I just use Epoxy to attach the servos to the body ? Or, should I set something first.(e.g. put some wood to fix on the body first). Sorry for using English as I am not in HK at the moment (i.e. in Korea) and I forgot to bring the Chinese input pad.

Kindly provide some experience talk and thanks in advance to all of you senior pilot !

Thanks a lot for all those pictures and details. They are clear and easy to understand.

I could not write Chinese/Cantonese here as I didn't bring my Chinese input pad in Korea. (i.e. my Chinese input by keyboard is really slow).

However, I could still read from all of you in Chinese/Cantonese and so you could still write in Chinese/Cantonese (i.e. feel more lively, funny and interesting).

I will be back to HK soon and I will communicate with all of you in Cantonese then.
