Would the organiser consider delaying the event say for one week to 1 OCt 2006. Some activate contesters will have just returned from/on wil be still on the trip overseas!
Hope more can be aprticipate in this "annual " event!
Regards.

Oct 1 is the public holiday, but it is also the first Sunday of October. So some pilots will also attent the Monthly Teaching Open Day. If a lot of pilots express their hope to delay the event, we need to late it to Oct 8 or after.

A few pilots have already registered that they will come for the contest on 24 September. Sorry Yeung we need to keep the schedule to avoid creating confusion. Please try to re-arrange your schedule if possible. Cheers

24/9 is OK for me. I just raised out the concern. As long as many pilots will come, that's great!

If the event must be held on 24Sep, then I'll miss this annual event and have to wait for a year. Would it be possible to re-schedule to 17 Sep, 1 or 8 Oct?
I can also bring along my pylon racer on 1 or 8 Oct to share the thrill run during the break period of LMR.

Please be reminded that the E-plane spot landing and duration contest is as schedule on this Sunday in Sham Chung. We are now going to make the trophies for this contest. I would like to know how many of you will be joining the contest so that we can make the necessary arrangement with the village chief in Sham Chung.
Thanks

Though the response has not been encouraging at this moment, the weather will be good and the place is nice for the family!.

See you.

Hello,
How many contestors will attend?

Come on, where are you:
Yellow brothers
George
Ah Pong
Ah Mak
Uncle Sing of Waigo
The owner of the deluxe Pulsar 2005
Alby Wong
Chester
..........

If you cannot attend this time, may I propose here a new gathering day, say 8 OCT 2006 or 22 OCT 2006. I miss you all...and the new planes!!

Johnson

I am certainly a beginner in this electric, really want to see their planes & learn from the above pilots (also ah Kin)

It will be great if they can join this weekend or otherwise I'm fine with Johnson's alternative schedule. I'm still 15-16 as Sunday looks very nice for F3F-ing 8)

BTW, is it ok to fly electric during eastern wind of force 5 - 6 ? (weather forecast 5 -6) I only got a weak simply balsa plane with "powerless" 380 motor

Hi Wing,
No problem for your plane. Mine is also a S400 equipped.
The game is just 40 seconds on power and then 10 minutes on thermalling. You are already on the grid!

Cheers

Stanley,

Do you know how many pilots will join the contest? What should we do if there are only 3 to 4 contestant.
