Angus 今日班左個 Honda Civic 既 starter 摩打俾我

我唸左個初步設計﹐有D問題﹐有無人可以俾 D 意見 ?

Hi!YC 可以考慮係單向bearing同線轆中間加個穿過bearing的金屬箍，而線轆軸心穿過此金屬箍後同樣以pin鎖上（launching），鬆開條pin摩打倒車就可以上線 :wink:

請問適合 winch 用既單向啤令係點樣 ﹖係唔係好似直升機要黎做 autorotation 用個粒咁 ? 如果係就麻煩﹐因為啤令既 roller 係直接食著條主軸﹐個 winch 線轆既軸我打算用 7075 鋁合金﹐貪佢易車﹐但呢種料肯定頂唔順啤令 roller 既壓力﹐好快就會磨凹﹐有無好計 ?

還有線轆直徑可能要按摩打的轉速及扭力(12V運作)作出調整，最後如果要針對比賽而製作此WINCH，最好翻查FAI賽例對摩打是否有功率上的限制及其他要求

我以為你已經選定好啤令型號，如果用較硬既金屬作為金屬箍的材料是不是可以解決到磨損既問題呢 :!:
