If the wind is northeast, I prefer High Junk Peak as the slope is clear of paragliders and straight with wider view than Shek O, and most importantly, I can also DS there!

Very Very strong North wind in Clear water bay
this moring! It would be over 40km/s.Go to
High Junk Peak would be very happy.....!
