 Post subject: DLG 用的各類电池

因以前用 4s 1.2v 的Ni-Cad 或 Ni-Mh 电話电池, 經常差死.
容量也不足, 很易飛飛o下冇電. :(

所以現在找不同的替代方法,以保安全 !
以下是一些1s li-po 大容量电池, 大家有勿意見 ? :D

Li-po 14500 3.7v 750mAh 20.6g

Mak, if you use rudder, a ~1200mah cell is perfect. If you use rudderless, you can use a 2400+mah cell (~40g) in most planes I've seen. Set alarm to 3.7v.

I love 1S lipo, hehehe

I've just measured my DLGs current setup,
it's 53g ! so any of the above betteries will fit my over weighted ship :lol:

53g!! My god!! haha, use 2600mah and dont forget to charge it again before 2014 :D

Maybe your plane can improve a lot simply by changing to lighter tails!

上個星期上網找到嘅 Lipo 1s 电池巳經運到啦

由左至右係 : (dimension in mm) (mAh from 4.2v ->3v@0.5A) (mAh from 4.2v ->3.7v@0.5A)

1. Ah Kin 的 600mAh Lipo 1s : 11.62g W=20 H=6 L=46 500mAh
2. 淘寶貨 AA size Lipo : 19.10g, AA size 596mAh
3. 淘寶貨 14650 size Lipo : 24.86g, D=14 L=650
4. 日本Air Craft 賣的 Hyperion 550mAh Lipo : 14.21g, W=18.8 H=6.2 L=58.8
5. 淘寶貨 18500 size Lipo : 33.56g, D=18 L=500 1588mAh 810mAh
6. 淘寶貨 18650 size Lipo : 45.64g, D=18 L=650

昨晚把 18500 lipo 差到4.2v, 然後0.5A 放电至3v
共放了約 1600mA. 用呢舊电真係有排飛 :mrgreen:

Ah Kin 借比我嘅 Lipo 600mAh, 比Hyperion 550mAh輕,但电量更高 :shock:
等我下次測試比較吓佢o地先 :D

亞Mak做咗消委会測試中心?, 俾埋尺吋就好嘞! :)
用0.5A放電未必設合DLG的應用, 此外Discharge cut off 在3V???. 長氣未必夠平穩电壓 . 唔知亞堅粒鴨記Lipo有無拆走跟电的IC板. 應該拆走然后駁正負綫 (拆時小心Short! 警告咗先!!!!!)

如用1A放电, voltage立刻 < 3.7v :!:

1A is ok to simulate the application in DLG.
Battery performs differently when loaded.

If the lipo can stay flat at 3.7V for a long while when discharge at 1A, it is still safe for our application.

Hi Yeung,

Not even the Sanyo 1600mAh 1s battery can retain above 3.7V while discharging at a constant 1A current.

I bet while a DLG is flying, servos are not moving all the time, hence no need for 1A constant current ! ?

Ah Kin's battery was used in his DLG without problem, but the voltage droped well below 3.7V under 1A load, on my battery discharge mode.

我比你果粒电我依家早操一個半小時(1.5 hours).剛好drop 到3.6v 之后就warning .剛剛好,天天時間都差唔多,在 3.7v 時間是最長大約30-45分鈡.呢粒鴨記(昌記五金) 600 mah,記得焊走塊線路板.因為唔知係乜東東.千祈唔好要尼塊野! D 电用時間長短,很取决你D拉桿(spring )和live hinge 鬆緊,好直接影響.不過JR xg-8有电池display 睇.絕對可靠 :D
