The third race in 2010 - HK F3F 2010

Date: March 14, 2010
Time: 9:00am.
Venue: Ma On Shan (Tentative)
CD: CM Cheng
Assistant CD: Chan Kwok Wai

Please note:
1, Please refer to the CD's latest announcement for the Venue.
2, The last round will be the one running at 4:00pm.
3, For those who comes late, there will be no flight arrangement for the missed rounds.
4, This is an official competition. FAI and local rules will be strictly observed.

各位飛友,上次我地23個賽手,賽了全日都係得6個回合,進度真係好慢!當日D風已算非常穩定,如果個日風差D和唔係有幾個賽手決席,我恐怕5個,甚至4個回合都搞唔到!

當然個日有撞傘事件,比賽額外停了半個小時。但我覺得整體上,比賽節奉還可以加快。我建議如下:

1. 工作人員一定要準時在開賽前半小時到達,setup和準備好場地!上次各位工作人員到場後沒有主動setup,D桿都係我到場後,走落去取出再安裝!唔通次次都要我做安裝? :twisted:,主審仲離普,遲了大半個鐘才到場!下次可唔可以交帶聲,就算遲到都搵人代替幫手setup。上次原定開賽時間是9點,但實際開賽時間是10點!無左一個鐘就賽少一個回合 :cry: :cry:

2. 花太長時間等待剛飛完的飛友離開行去降落區!我發覺有幾位飛友當飛完行去降落時,常常把飛機飛回賽道上空,對下一位飛友做成茲擾,所以他們大都不敢早出機,等飛友行到過了那塊大石,甚至更遠的降落區才肯出機,就算機友肯出機,主審亦慢條斯理,等降落飛友行到老遠才準下位出機!我計過由上位飛友完成到下位飛友出機平均要1分20多秒,太慢啦!我建議,可否飛友完成離開賽道後不能返回,盡量在離開賽道遠處上空飛行,然後步行去降落,下一位機手就可以立即出機,減少等待時間!各位只要稍為花心思,一離開賽道就飛到老遠再慢慢行去降落就,為已為人!

3. 傘佬方面的阻延,我地暫時無辦法完全解決,但希望將來跟他們溝通互相合作下可以改善目前的情況。

如果TR2010有50個賽手,我們現在的節奉就真係唔夠用! :cry: :cry:

引入扣分制-工作人員遲到要受懲罰性扣當日積分,黎得玩比賽大家都會緊張D分數;至於安裝D桿-大家都係成年人,有權利就有義務,有份玩有份做,分配左的工作相信要自動自覺去做...再唔係當日負責做Helper的飛友可能因某原因未能安裝旗桿亦可叫小弟代勞 :oops: :wink:

都係引入扣分制-違規賽員要受懲罰性扣當日積分 :evil:

我同意 Stanley 加快出機的建議
至於上次飛友行過了大石、下一隻機才出機,不要错怪有關機手及CD, 他們只是按當天的"賽例"辦事!(人過了石頭才可出機,是當天的賽例)

改例吧!
機手完成比賽後,須立刻飛離賽道、不可再飛過降落區旁的彩帶
如因風力不足或機手覺得有特別須要,才可向CD申請加長使用賽道時間

阿麥,我無怪人,行到大石才出機都唔係主要問題,個日係明顯有飛友行過左大石之後好久,甚至去對降落位,主審都未批準下一位出機!有多少太過保守者!

我覺得只要大家留心,離開賽道後飛遠少少,下一位飛手其實就可以立刻出機,省回不少時間! :lol: :lol:

由於上次比賽日早上有要事,七點確定比賽地點後便要外出,所以略遲,在此講聲唔好意思!不過十點正在開賽已經唔錯,過往有邊次九點前攪得到 :?:

經過上兩次比賽之後,大家討論過之後認為機手要行過了B點,下一隻機才出機,並不是大石!我在briefing中已經講咗,CD只是按當天的"賽例"辦事,事後反被指太過保守、離普,以後點重邊有人敢做CD :?: 反觀有人briefing時無意見,事後孔明!當日CD不斷提下幾個機手準備,已經加快不少!

我個人認為機手完成賽事後、飛機離開B點後、下一個機手已可以出機,不需要考慮上一個機手的位置!如果再飛近B點,線審應提出警告,確實拘分!

你地係到briefing時,我係A/B點插緊扞,跟本就唔知有咁既規距,對唔住啦,怪錯人!下次我一定要企係到聽CD講野,唔去插扞啦!

以往工作隊中四人都有經驗, 但現在只有一位有經驗, set場一定較慢 :!:

我好感謝幫忙的機友, 不過有意見就唔好幫, 幫咗就唔好喊 :!:

Briefing時我確定扞已set好, 重等啲機友由舊位反來, 等咗好一段時間, 有人只是在set機 :roll:

喺有人一開始寫啲野就批評人, 唔考慮其他人感受 :evil:
