Let's wait for CD's decision la :idea:

Meanwhile, take a look to my recent Lobster experience in "Where to fly" with uncle Stanley's advice :idea: Guess the concern of racing in Lobster could be if wind direction is N / NNE instead of NE / ENE, it will be very difficult to continue the race over there :!:

講開又講，上星期日的DS賽玩得唔係好夠喉，如果今個星期日吹北風在紅花嶺比賽F3F時，請問各位飛友有冇興趣同場搞番個非正色的DS賽？當然要以不影向F3F賽的節奏為先。我認為在紅花嶺北位玩DS和F3F應該可互不扞擾。如果安排得好，可以得到F3F賽的興奮和DS賽的刺激！有冇人有興趣呢？ :lol:

As Stanley has mentioned, except for the 1st place is secured, other top 4 positions have to be determined till the end of the coming race. Pilots' performance and result of each round is important. Personally speaking and to be fair, I don't want any controllable factor that will impact the performance of each pilot. Right?

I know, I know!

我只不過提議下吱，如果有人有與趣，又唔防礙F3F賽的進行，都幾好呀！

我唸(發夢)
如果可以走完F3F track之後立即入DS track就過引囉！下一個F3F機手可以繼續出機30秒增取高度，待DS機手完成20圈之後才進入F3F track，哪麼F3F加DS一氣阿成，好爽啊！

又發夢
紅花嶺個北位應該可以搞後山F3F賽，即係話以DS的方法在後山走F3F賽道，如果成功的話，我地可能是世界上第一個團體能正色搞成後山F3F賽。 :lol: :lol: :lol:

Both HKO and WindGURU have similar forecast for this Sunday for NNE wind:

Hence, HJP is a more suitable site instead of HFL.

As the forecast shows strong wind (> 30km/h) in the morning and wind drops in the afternoon, shall we start the race on time, i.e. 9am, in order to have the last chance to challenge the "Speedman" of league 2008.

HJP is a fast slope. Under 30km/h wind and sunny/dry condition, 40s is nothing.

- Fatal crashes in HFL proved to be much more than in HJP :?

如果是吹東北偏北風，紅花嶺個北位其實都點架，因為個斜坡面是有少少偏東，加上左邊有座山用來增取高度，當然如果風速有30km以上就更好啦。
紅花嶺和釣魚翕是各有各好處和唔好處，大家恆量下啦！

NNE directiob in HFL is blocked by "蓮花山" so it is good for N to NNW only.

Besides, the slope reocrds show HJP is much faster slope, even though the slope record in HFL is under the almost perfect condition:

HJP: 44.38s
HFL: 51.00s

WindGURU 予測吹東北偏北風，本月份比賽將於釣魚翕舉行. 賽事將於九時十五分開始.
NNE is predicted by WindGURU. The December Match of League 2008 will be held at High Junk Peak. Pilot briefing will be at 9am. Race will be started at 9:15am. See you all there!

Please have the timer battery charged. We can meet at the car park at 8:15am to join with the helpers to bring the equipment up the hill.

我記得個D旗杆和個鎚上次留低係馬鞍山，無帶落黎，唔知有冇人造過一對新杆呢？

喺真嗎? 上次十一月league後有將D 杆帶落山. 後來CM 將成套timer + 旗杆取回做enhancement.
CM, 你有冇keep住?
有冇人有代用工具或spare pole 呀? 我有一支六呎魚杆 + 個BBQ义都可暫用掛! :idea:

Angus 有兩支新pole.
Ah So, 你有冇長營釘可暫用呀?要多帶幾條營繩及釘呀!

大楊，天文台明日天氣預測已經改為吹正北風，而且今日大部份地區都是吹北、西北風，我唸應該在紅花嶺比賽較為適合！
