Hi guys, Anyone interested in going to Sham Chung on September 16th to go fly DLGs? All other Sundays are booked at the moment: 2nd - Shenzhen local DLG gathering 9th - Shenzhen gathering with Guangzhou and Dongguan pilots 23rd - Guangzhou DLG Contest (small test contest) We will also be going to Yang Jiang in October to fly a contest at a new field we have access to, that is about 3 hours west of HK by car. Please let me know if you guys are interested in any of the events, and especially Sham Chung on the 16th! Thomas |

Hi Ah Pong, Looking forward to seeing you again on the 16th. The contest on the 23rd will be an informal contest to allow the pilots to familiarize with the tasks. We will be hosting several of these informal contests this year in preparation for organizing a larger contest next spring. I'm glad us HK pilots are starting to get going in F3K again!! Thomas |

Hi Thomas, Not so sure I will join you on 16/9. As we are planning to go to Taiwan on 16/9 for practising F3F before going off to F3F WC in Germany this Oct. Anyway, on 16/9 if we have: good wind in Hong Kong -> stay in HK and practise F3F no wind in HongKong but good wind in Taiwan -> go to Taiwan no wind on both sides -> go to Sham Chung with you guys

Hi Stanley, Seems like you will have fun either way, I would be selfish to wish there's no wind on both sides!! Please have good wind and prepare for the WC's  There will always be opportunity to fun fly DLGs after Thomas |

I will be going on Sunday. James Leung on the rcpro forum expressed interest as well. I heard Ah Kin will also be going, I will try to confirm with him later today. We have another new HK DLG pilot, Michael Pang!! But, he is busy this Sunday so cannot make it. He has been very active the past few weeks driving everywhere to fly Thomas |

Dear Thomas, I also login to this site. I am only a newbie and eager to learn, learning everything about flying. Of course it is my honor to fly with flying master like you. I think I'll take the 08:30 ferry and leave on 14:30. |
