在上一次滑翔飛機會的內部會議上，有動議提出推行一套考章制度，由初級入門到高級飛行。令有興趣遙控飛行之青少年可以有一清晰之目標及更有統地學習飛行。 我先在此提出我的初步構思，供大家討論，集合大家的意見後，協會會在下次滑翔機會的會議上討論。構思如下： 1. 將程度分為: 初級飛行員證書；一星章；二星章；三星章；高級飛行員證書。 2. 分 平地飛行 及 山坡飛行 兩大類別。 某些級別可互認。 3. 初級飛行員證書 - 主要對像是小學生。 要他們了解簡單手擲滑翔機之制作及飛行原理。 4. 一星章 - 能自己起飛，在天空中作一些指定花色動作。通過後協會會授予一星勛章。 5. 二星章 - 在天空中作一些難度較高的指定動作，能夠自已降落。通過後協會會授予二星勛章。 6. 三星章 - 主要考理論。考得此章後可成為初級，一星及二星章課程之導師。所以此章要偏重理論。通過後協會會授予三星勛章。 7. 高級飛行員證書 - 無得考。但可在參加 F3F; DLG;留空賽 等等比賽得到某個成績後向協會申請。 8. 在此計劃實行時，所有會員會自動取得三星章。計劃實行後才入會的會員，必須通過一次理論考試才可取得三星章。 9. 協會會制定一套各級章之準則，令各導師在教導學員時有所依據。 10. 此考章制度主要目的是要令青少年可以更有統地學習飛行，各學校或社區團體亦可借助此制度來推行一些飛行課程。 11. 所有證書由協會簽發。協會只會收回證書及星章的成本費用。 12. 初級飛行員；一星章及二星章之證書，必須在持有三星章之會員推薦下，協會才會簽發。 13. 三星章及高級飛行員證書，將會由協會之評審小組推薦下簽發。 請各師兄弟多提出意見及作出修正。 |

Hello Ken This is a very good idea. Just one comment: Not all our member is OK for 三星章. Some member is even not able to landing or know nothing about 理論. How about all member start from two stars? And how about to add the safety 理論 on 初級飛行員證書 or 一星章? Tsz Ming |

Good ! I agree ! We need the judge to make judgement the pilot ,and how come the judge ! But I have interest to participate in an examimation the position of the "senior examiner" . Ha !Ha ! |

Dear Fellow r/c soarers, First of all, I do not think existing members of the HKRCSS should be automatically given the 'Three Star Badge'. Except those who had taken part in International Contest. 2. In foreign country, the matured model flying clubs have developed system in respect of examination on 'beginner flyer' and 'instructor', etc. 3. Let us take an example from the British Model Flying Association - BMFA. The BMFA has the 'Raido Control Achievement Schemes'. The scheme provides examination for 'A' and 'B' certificate, including 'Fixed Wing'; 'Helicopter'; 'Silent Flight Thermal'; 'Silent Flight Slope'; and 'Silent Flight Electric'. 4. The main aim of the R/C Achievement Schemes is to encourage model flyers to reach a given standard of flying ability and safety. 5. Interested party might like to refer to the BMFA handbook. 美國模型滑翔機圈有類似制度﹐叫 League of Silent Flight。建立左都有好一段時間。 其中山坡滑翔高級章既要求之一就係連續飛 8 個鐘﹗香港有人飛滑翔傘飛過咁耐﹐滑翔機就未聽過。 http://www.silentflight.org/LSF_Base/tasks.htm |
