Please see below message from our chairman Mr. Chan To Kong to HKRCSS members: 請看下面一段由陳道江主席給各會員們的訊息： Dear members, We now invite members to nominate the office bearers of HKRCSS for the year 2023. The office bearers will be formed by below: Chairman, Vice Chairman, Treasurer and Secretary. If you have any plans proposed, you can send your nomination to the nomination committee officer, Ken Ma at: hkrcss.ken@gmail.com . The deadline for nomination is Dec 31, 2022.
