RC Slope Soaring in Hong Kong

各位HKRCSS會員，由於現時遙控滑翔飛行活動的模式與創會時有所變遷，而願意參與會務的朋友比以往少，但對於有志於繼續服務的朋友，其中會章中有關會長及副會長只可以連任一屆的限制，卻窒礙其繼續服務的志向。

有鑒於此，現屆HKRCSS執委會建議，修訂會章第7點，詳細如下：

7. Management of HKRCSS shall be entrusted to a Committee of full or honorary members elected at each annual general meeting with one-year terms and re-electable for one more term only. The Committee shall consist of four officers (Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary, and Treasurer) and five members-at-large with responsibilities and titles to be determined by the Committee. A member with a direct commercial interest in R/C models is not eligible to run for Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary, or Treasurer.


建議1:
Management of HKRCSS shall be entrusted to a Committee of full or honorary members elected at each annual general meeting with one-year terms and re-electable for one more term only.
改為:
Management of HKRCSS shall be entrusted to a Committee of full or honorary members elected at each annual general meeting with two-year terms and re-electable for one more term only.

重點：每一任期由一年改為兩年，其他不變。
加上連任，即最長任期由兩年改為四年，容許會長/副會長有更長的任期推行其理念。


建議2:
Management of HKRCSS shall be entrusted to a Committee of full or honorary members elected at each annual general meeting with one-year terms and re-electable for one more term only.
改為:
Management of HKRCSS shall be entrusted to a Committee of full or honorary members elected at each annual general meeting with one-year terms.

重點：取消只可以連任一次的限制，其他不變。
於每年的選舉中，如果無其他會員競爭參選，則會長/副會長可以繼續連任，不受連任次數限制。


建議3:
Management of HKRCSS shall be entrusted to a Committee of full or honorary members elected at each annual general meeting with one-year terms and re-electable for one more term only.
改為:
Management of HKRCSS shall be entrusted to a Committee of full or honorary members elected at each annual general meeting with one-year terms and re-electable for one consecutive term only.

重點：把只可以連任一次的限制，修窄為只可以連續連任一次。
做過兩屆會長，隔一年或以上，可以再選會長，讓我們以往的舊會長可以重新參選。


投票將於2014AGM（2015年1月17日彩龍皇宮大酒樓）中舉行，各出席會員可以投1, 2, 3 或4:反對修訂，點票將於同日執行並宣讀結果，如果通過修訂，我們將會更改社團的註冊資料，並於2015年度開始實施。

各會員亦會於短期內收到有關本次修訂會章事項的電郵。
