Hi WingDragon, This is a difficult subject. If there is more south wind, we should go to FNS. However, if we see more east wind especially in the Waglan region, there will be more chance to go to CWB. Have a look on the weather underground for different wind directions to make decision yourself. http://www.underground.org.hk/index.html Perhaps other colleagues may give you more information.
