RC Slope Soaring in Hong Kong

Hello Gary,

You may try to go to Fei Ng Shan. The prediction from the Observatory may not always be accurate and the wind direction is also different in different locations. Fei Ng Shan is a good place (and probably the only choice) for southerly winds.

Just got some information from fellow r/c pilots living in Tuen Mun. They have a wonderful flying slope for south-easterly wind near Leung King Estate 良景. The slope can be reached by car driving up from the car park in 良景. They said the lift is very stable and there are plenty of grass for landing. The thermal activities are also very strong in fine days because it is overlooking the valley of Tuen Mun town. Here are the maps showing the location of the slope. I would definitely like to go there somedays.
