The wind was very weak and northly this morning and thus the practice was cancelled. The wind even dropped to zero at noon. However, it becomed easterly and raised sharply at 2pm. Mak, Wing and me went to Ma On Shan.

It was an amazing afternoon when the wind reached about 50km/h at 5pm. Mak achieved many sub-35s with his Spider X!!!

It was great fun flying F3F on MOS in Sunday evening.
I was surprised by the capability of the Spider-X ! It can go fast at great wind conditions.

With ballast rushing fore and backward at the turns , the airframe sounds like it's going to break at any moment.
I have to be very careful while pulling, so that the wings don't break-up in mid air.
Spider-X can be faster if the wing joiners are stronger!

Angus reached a top speed of sub 33 with his Aris.
Well done! Angus.

This combination can be even faster with more pactice and better visal condition.
We didn't fly high for the count-up because of the low cloud.
31 seconds should be possible at Sundays wind speed.

Ah Mak,

Give you a paper plane and I'm sure you can finish the race in 1 minute :)

It seems that the HN354 + NYX layout is a good combination in both strong and weak lift. As you already have that Race M as your main weapon, how about putting your New-Sting wings on your NYX fuse to give it a try? The outcome may be very interesting. :) I can help you to cut the center part of your NSting wing into two pieces at any time. Call me

My miniNYX (HN354) has its tails broken. I am thinking seriously to convert it to a cross tail. . Look out guys, my new miniNYX - miniNYX Spec.X will make history on the coming Sunday . . . . . . <-- too boring in the office . . . :?

Guys, don't use up all the strong wind during your weekday practice. Reserve some for this Sunday, else CM will make a new record on spot landing with the machine he proposed!
CM, will you land yor top gun at Sai Kung Sport Ground this time? Just joking!

希望今次60寸比賽有風玩個痛快啦!不過60寸始終無咁過引

Stanley,
