5, 此次為正式比賽，會嚴格執行FAI及本地賽例。
6, 所有參加者必須購有有效的遙控模型飛行第三者保險。

Please note:
1, Please refer to CD's latest announcement for the time and venue.
2, The time of the last round will be announced in pilot briefing.
3, Latecomers (cannot show up at his turn) can only join after the current running round is completed. Missed round(s) will get zero score (DNS).
4, CD will announce the name list 1 week before the competition. The first pilot of the first round will be drawn during pilot briefing. Please contact the CD if you are not on the list or not going to join.
5, This is an official competition. FAI and local rules will be strictly observed.
6, All competitors must have a valid 3rd party insurance coverage for r/c model flying.

剛剛睇最新天氣報告明天應該會 落雨 下星期亦冇風或者落雨
所以九月份比賽 宣佈取消 可以早啲安排節目

參巧天文台及 windguru, 兩台均同步預測明天 9 月 10 日天氣仍受雷暴及雨霧影響, 宣佈取消明天按賽例延期之比賽

Reference to HKO & windguru, both sources consistently forecast thunderstorms, heavy rain and fog on Sep 10. As such, tomorrow race postponement as per F3F race arrangement will not be proceeded (i.e. cancel Sep race)
