Seems MOS be better. Waglan is easterly. Any conclusion?

HKO : 多 雲 有 霧 ， 初 時 有 幾 陣 雨 。東 至 東 南 風 4 至 5 級

Windguru : very marginal east force :?

8:00 ESE 13 km/h

11:00 E 9 km/h

14:00 ENE 7 km/h

17:00 ENE 7 km/h

Instant condition at 7:15am :

HKO : Wind direction & wind speed .. almost east force everywhere

Observe from home : All hills / mountains disappeared in thick fog :?

The condition is a bit better than yesterday. It's foggy. I can see the runway of Kai Tak but not FNS. Yesterday it couldn't be at this moment!

OK, look like we will have easterly wind today.
So we will go to Ma On Shan then.
There is light fog in low ground, and may be dense fog in the high land, so we better have a briefing in the Ma On Shan car park before hiling up.
Shall we meet in Ma On Shan upper car park at 8:45am?
