 Post subject: Sting / Trinity F3B

I want to know for beginners, is Sting (Carbon) better than Trinity F3B (Glass) ? Which good for Hong Kong ? Futaba 6 channel sufficient ?

Hi MiniDick, I think Stanley can answer your question :) He has both the Sting and Trinity F3B.

I THINK both the models are very good. They both have good results in major competitions.

For your question about the remote control, the Futaba 6Ch is not a good choice for the competition gliders. These gliders need complex mixing functions for the flaps and ailerons to fully explore their performance. The Futaba 6Ch remote does not provide these functions. You should use the Futaba 8Ch, "Small 9" and up. The JR 9XII is another good choice for competition gliders.
