RC Slope Soaring in Hong Kong

各位機友，

時光飛逝，雖然2005香港F3F公開賽仍然記憶遒新，原來距離2007公開賽祇有6個月咋！
所以一眾F3F發燒友昨晚在彩雲酒樓晚宴中，分配工作。暫定工安排如下：

主持人：Ken MA。賽事中作主審。賽前安排工作，招募義工(如線審)等等。

宣傳/登記：Stanley CHAN。制作網頁，登記賽員資料等等。

財務：Ah Pong。支出預算，收錢，結數等等。

器材：Ah Mak。安排器材，如計時器、棋杆、計分表、電腦、枱凳等等。

膳食：Ah So。安排比賽期間之食物及飲品，預訂盼獎禮及晚宴之酒席。

接待：Angus Lee & Stanley Chan。預訂位於沙田區內合適之酒店，及安排接送海外來賓往返機場。

運輸：肥輝。安排比賽期間參賽飛機之運送，及海外來賓之交通安排(於比賽當日，所有參賽者於指定酒店集合，將所有參賽飛機集中由貨VAN運往比賽場地，而各機師之座駕則用以接載外賓往比賽場地)。

聯誼活動：Angus Lee & Stanley Chan。安排比賽後晚上之娛樂
(暫定：第一晚 – 於飛鵝山放夜機，如有燈之EPP及欣賞香港夜景。第二晚 – 燒烤晚會及電腦模擬F3F比賽。第三晚 – 盼獎禮及晚膳)

獎盃：Angus Lee。設計及安排製作。

In the registration form, only two models can be entered. However the FAI rules allow a maximum of three models. Maybe we should correct it.

Could you please post the update for the progress here?

For my part, I receive no entry fee so far.

Nonetheless, I second to CM's proposal, we shall amend the rule for allow a maximum of three models.

Suggest a meeting in 1-2 weeks.

The Korea team has a bad luck last time that they lost an Acacia due to radio interference. I think we should post a warning about using 72 hi band in HK, as we can see many pilots in the entry list are using 72.XXX.

8月26，F3F HK Open 2007 工作安排及詳情如下：

主持人：Ken Ma。賽事中作主審，賽前安排工作等。

財務：Ah Pong。支出預算，收錢，結數等等。

比賽場地申請：Stanley Chan負責，亦負責與滑翔傘愛好者作出協調。

線審：由本地賽員輪流負責。

獎盃：Angus Lee負責，冠、亞、季及最速各獎盃一座，Team award獎牌三面。

第一晚活動：晚膳由阿堅負責聯絡西沙的食店，飛鵝山夜景欣賞及夜航，各機友及賽員可帶備燈機助興。

第二晚活動：阿邦負責BBQ場地及Flight Sim設備。

第三晚Banquet：阿蘇負責，暫定沙田畫房五圍，亦考慮Regal Hotel。

午膳：阿蘇負責，三文治及飲品各一份，三天。

風褸：Stephen Chan負責，黃色，有賽員名字，無號碼。

運輸：肥輝師傅負責貨Van聯係，外地賽員由本地賽員負責接送往返比賽場地，若不足則租用貨Van，飛機統一用貨Van運送。

橫額：明輝負責，4x12呎。

標貼：CM負責，200張。

設備：CM負責計分器材、Angus Lee負責旗標。

找贊助商：Stanley負責撰寫信函，師傅梁、阿堅及子
明負責聯係。

宣傳：Stanley負責，rcgroups, F3F group, Local media etc.

攝影協助：Hendry負責。

It will be a good fun event!

In order to streamline the contest in a quicker pace, we really need to think seriously to avoid waiting for the plane to land before the next pilot can launch.

Since Ah Pong's BBQ site will not be available, I've contacted 小白鷺-燒烤花園 which is located in Tai Po as well. Here is the website. http://www.taipokau.org/m-tolo.htm

The restaurant charges $100 and $125 per head for weekdays and weekend respectively including 2 drinks. The price is quite reasonable.

There is also a function room for holding our flight simulator competition charging $500 per hour. However, the function room has been reserved by other party on 3 Nov and it will be available on 2 Nov only. As it is more economical to have the BBQ on weekday, I'd propose swapping the program of 2 Nov and 3 Nov, i.e.

2 Nov: BBQ + flight simulator competition
3 Nov: dinner at 西沙鄉村小廚 + night flying at FNS

If you have no further comment, Ah Kin and me will book 小白鷺-燒烤花園 and 西沙鄉村小廚 soon because these sites are very demanding in Nov.

I guess no problem in swapping the days. Please go ahead to make the booking. Please check whether the function room can hold at least 40 guests with sitting.

For dinner at 西沙鄉村小廚, we need to make sure they are big enough to serve over 40 guests.

I've been booking 5-6 table on 04-11-2007 (Sunday) at Star Seafood Floating Restaurant (明星海鲜舫) after F3F race at last Sunday.

西沙鄉村小厨地方都大嫁.有室內室外.四圍枱應該得.我會去睇吓地方及歺單.我沽能否$100-$120/位 !!

Kin has found some samples of suitable windbreaker and we have token a look during the informal F3F race. All pilots agree that the yellow material is the best. Therefore, we'd propose a yellow windbreaker with dark blue oval shape surrounding the original yellow logo. Besides, we also suggest medium length instead of short jacket. Any comment

Besides, we need a computer with F3F simulator in the evening of Day 1 after BBQ dinner. Would any member provide
