It's just a contering problem.
The plane will not drop off the sky because of that!
All it does is simply slows dowm the plane :(

My servos are soldered to the connecting cables, which are not that easy to change :x

Hi Mak,

I have little experience on repairing servo.

The centering problem usually comes from three reasons. First, the contact in the VR. Use contact cleaner to clear up the dirt on the little carbon surface in the VR.

Sometimes, the biggest gear in the servo would lead to the centering problem, which you won't note. Do you remember there has a little slot at the tip of the shaft of the VR? In fact, all metal gear servo (for example, Futaba S3102) has a little nylon nut in the middle of that big gear. Should the little nylon is worn out, that would cause the centering problem, and you could never see the worn out part in the gear.

Lastly, the position of the VR is lossen. A drop of CA could fix it.

Hope this could help.

Regards,
Pong.
