明日好大機會都有霧,飛鵝山和馬鞍山都有可能不能飛。上次由於無風都無去到。明日如果風速是正東有3至4級,好值得去白沙灣試試個場,我大約會在下午2點半到達,由消防局條路入。

In this case, I'll give MaOnShan a try in the early morning.

It was misty in MOS this morning but the weather became better around 11 am. We managed to fly on and off until 3 pm. Wind was good at around 20 km/h constantly.

Wing tested his beautiful Pike Brio but it disappeared in fog for 3 seconds and then suddenly appeared in front of us. Fortunately, the Pike landed before heavy fog covered the whole sky.

Stanley, how's your trip to 白沙灣 today?

We arrived at 白沙灣 at about 3:00pm. There were virtually no wind, the air was dead still!
We stayed for while until 3:45pm and then moved to Clearwater Bay. The wind in CWB was marginal but flyable.
I am really puzzled why these two places are so different. They both are facing the sea with similar height! Why?

Clearwater Bay is a good slope site for glider flying, but unfortunately too crowd with all kinds of models; electric and now glow powered!
